COVID-19 disclaimer

Please note that due to the Covid-19 pandemic services may be affected and it may take longer than usual to receive your order. Our products are delivered from different fulfillment centers and certain items purchased during this time may be delayed due to local Covid-19 regulations. We are doing our best to estimate any potential delays in shipments on our product pages.

Shipping

We deliver worldwide, unless stated otherwise under certain items' description. 

Our products are delivered from different locations worldwide. Please note, your parcel may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). We are not responsible for the Import Fees that may occur. 

Taxes are included in the price where applicable. 

Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout. 

Some items within your order may ship separately. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout.

Orders are processed within 24 hours, 7 days a week and dispatched within 24 to 72 hours.  

Items made on request will be dispatched within 2-4 days. 

Standard delivery time 7-15 days (please be understanding of COVID-19 related delays).

Delivery time for made-on-request items is 7-20 days (made-on-request items include, but not limited to certain posters, throw pillows, throw blankets, tote bags, phone cases, mugs). 

Exclusive / custom made items delivery time to be discussed with the customer support team. 

 

Sustainability

At the moment we are happy to offer same country/ region delivery for approximately 50% of the products and sustainable packaging for about 40% of the items we sell. There is room for an improvement and we are working on it.
