Refund Policy

Here at Slow Ambience we care about the environment. This is why we kindly ask you not to make impulsive purchases. Please avoid buying items, which you are unsure about and may want to return once received. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have  14 calendar days after receiving your item to return it or report an incident. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, its original packaging and internal protections. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For any faulty or damaged items, we will ask for a photograph of the product to be provided for our evaluation. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@slowambience.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, within 7 days of receipt at maximum, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For any faulty or damaged items, we will ask for a photograph of the product to be provided for our evaluation. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale / discounted items or gift cards.

Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too (7-10 business days or more in some cases). We are not responsible for any currency exchange fees, credit card interests or other bank fees that may occur.
